Package Validity

Purchased packages are valid for 1 (one) month from the purchase date. Make-up classes must also be completed within this timeframe.

Cancellation and Make-up Classes

To cancel or reschedule a class, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will be considered a "no show," and the class will be charged as usual.

Drop-in Classes

Drop-in classes have different pricing and are not included in the packages.

Scheduling Policy

We do not offer refunds. To reschedule a class, you must inform us 24 hours in advance so we can make the slot available in one of the lessons.

Liability for Injuries

Cali Club is not responsible for any injuries that may occur during classes. We advise all students to practice activities within their limitations and under the guidance of our instructors.
